The present study is based on the data collected on November 2018 from 15 dairy cattle producers in the region of Haemek (Moshav NAHALAL), ISRAEL. The objective of the study was to formulate an implementation proposal for the context of the Peruvian coast, focused on an intervention model. Several surveys and interviews were conducted to visit the production facility. 86.6% of the participants (13 farmers) have a university education and own between 5 and 7 hectares of land. They exclusively breed Holstein cattle with an average of 118 cows weighing 694 kg and producing 37 liters of milk per cow per day, obtained in 2 milking sessions. Each farm has 12 milking machines, selling at a retail price of US$1.75 (S/. 6.12) per liter, an average of 2540 liters per day. The livestock supply and production are outsourced to specialized private companies. Israel has developed good practices and deployed permanent technological applications to achieve high production standards. Such as monitoring programs and assisted follow-up to evaluate their production processes, permanent training, and education through specialized personnel and entities that support them in the continuous improvement of their production facilities. The ventilation and cooling systems for cattle to avoid heat stress; electronic devices for controlling and monitoring are crucial technical aspects. Based on the fundamental aspects, and the ground reality, the intervention model proposal is conceptualized with the help of the local municipality to implement it on the Peruvian coast.
