This work was carried out in the “Schuler“ farm, in the 2021-2022 coffee campaign, located in the Pasco region, Oxapampa Province and Villa Rica district, with the purpose of evaluating the behavior of 6 coffee cultivars which showed that leaf rust (Hemileia vastatrix), cercospora (Cercospora coffeicola) present a higher incidence in the Typica, Pache and Pacamara cultivars while the Catimor and Colombiano presented little or no infestation. While fungi Mycena citricolor had little or no incidence. Regarding Hypothenemus hampei, the most affected cultivars were Catimor and Colombiano in the middle part of the plant canopy. The highest yield in the field was obtained from the Colombian followed by the Catimor, and ultimately it was Pacamara, this relationship was reflected in the amount of grain weight per plant, in effect, the Colombian had 3240 g/plant, the Catimor had 2973 g /plant, while Pacamara had 1320 g/plant. to the yield in qq/ha (parchment coffee) it was found that Colombiano and Catimor were the ones that obtained the highest yield with 57.79 and 52.79 qq/ha, respectively, while Pacamara was 25.85 qq/ha; In terms of coffee quality, we found that the highest physical yield was from the Pache variety, which obtained 80.31%, followed by Typica with 80.19, while the lowest was the Caturra variety with 77.5%. On the other hand, the organoleptic quality was 84 points for the Typica variety, followed by the Caturra variety with 83.81 points, in third place, the Catimor with 83.5, Colombian 83.31, the one that obtained the lowest score was the Pache with 82.81.
