The growing scarcity of water resources in Lima for urban green areas obliges us to adequately apply the necessary amount of water to meet the requirements of green areas, taking into account the time of irrigation, the quantity, the irrigation system and the climatic conditions. In the present investigation the uniformity of distribution of irrigation water for different wind speeds and types of sprinklers in the green areas of the National Agrarian University La Molina (UNALM) was evaluated. The representative subunits to be evaluated were identified, the moment of irrigation considering the wind in the morning, afternoon and evening; the types of sprinklers according to the shape and size of the area. The Uniformity of Distribution (DU) for the rotors of series 3504 was of 53% to 66.95% for wind speeds of 2.6 m / s to 0 m / s respectively, classifying with a good uniformity in the historical range, for the 5000 series of 54.36% to 76.89% for wind speeds of 2.78 m / s to 0.75 m / s classifying as a good uniformity of irrigation, for falcon 6504 were 54.07% to 79.52%, for wind speeds that ranged from 4.7 m / s to 0 m / s respectively, obtaining an excellent irrigation uniformity and for diffusers of the VAN series were 35.38% to 50% with average wind speeds of 0.8 m / s to 1.61 m / s respectively, classifying as an irrigation with poor uniformity. Another factor that was calculated was the losses by evaporation and drag (PEA) with wind values higher than 0.8 m / s the PEA was 13.72% affecting the irrigation to be a value higher than 10%. It is recommended to continue with this research carrying out the analysis of application efficiencies using moisture information obtained in the soil profile. To complement the uniformity analysis we can make use of images taken by drones where we can see the quality of the grass
