The present study aims to evaluate the effect of exogenous supplementation of broiler diets with different metabolizable energy levels on the use of this dietary digestive enzymes. Biological testing was performed at the Experimental Poultry Unit of the Faculty of Animal Science-UNALM, for it 150 babies chickens (Cobb 500) were used for a period of 21 days. In the first 17 days the chicks were fed a commercial diet beginning and day 18 were subjected to a period of fasting for 12 hours before feeding the experimental diets: (T1) diet 2800 Kcal / kg without enzyme; (T2) diet 2800 Kcal / kg enzyme; (T3) diet 2900 Kcal / kg without enzyme; (T4) diet 2900 Kcal / kg enzyme; (T5) diet 3000 Kcal / kg without enzyme; (T6) diet 3000 Kcal / kg enzyme. Each diet was fed ad libitum to five groups of five chickens each until 21 days old. Determination of apparent EM corrected for nitrogen (EMAn) of the diets was performed using the technique of total collection of excreta and gross energy of the food and excreta through a Parr adiabatic bomb calorimeter. The results show that there is no interaction between the enzymeenergy effects and EMAn values of the diets obtained are close to the values calculated in the formulation, as these are less energy (2800 Kcal / kg). For this case, the mean value was 2760 Kcal / kg (40 Kcal / kg less than calculated). Furthermore, the addition of the enzyme complex (500 g / TM), increased energy usage and diet dry matter metabolicidad. The highest energy value was observed in the diet formulated with 2900 kcal EM / kg, and the average value of improvement was 47 Kcal / kg diet.
