Huancavelica is part of “The Economic Corridor of South American camelids“ along with the Apurimac and Ayacucho departments, which has presence Andean families with the presence of one or more NBI's (Unsatisfied Basic Needs) whose main economic activity is livestock in the area of the wetlands. Own environmental services of these wetlands are water provision, water and carbon storage on the wetlands. This research focus in the analysis of Environmental Service Valuation of wetlands in the district of Pilpichaca, Huaytará Province and Region of Huancavelica, where direct use value of wetlands is given by the Water Provision Environmental Services and indirect use values given by the Water Storage Environmental Service and Carbon Storage Environmental. Water Provision Environmental Service is based on the methodology of Barrantes and Vega (2001). Water storage Environmental Service is analyzed by the method of replacement cost because a project that can replace this environmental service (Perez, 2008) and finally the method used by the Carbon Storage Environmental Services is the cost avoided by global climate change mitigation. As a result, the Water Provision is more important than water and Carbon Storage environmental services in the soil of the wetlands, therefore, the unit value of wetlands productivity is equal $ 0.05 / m3 compared to 0.03 and 0.02 and in ONA-Nabón and Tungurahua respectivily, while in Ferrobamba is $ 0.15 / m3. The unit value of water storage in Pilpichaca is 2 744.39 $/ ha compared to 3 196.9 $/ ha and 3 299.21 $/ ha in Ona-Nabón and Tungurahua respectively and unit value of carbon storage in Pilpichaca amounts to 160.63 $/ha compared to 13 340.62 $/ha and 7 787.26 $/ha and ONA-Nabón Tungurahua respectively. In conclusion, the most important value in Pilpichaca is given by Water Provision Environmental Services while in Ona-Nabón and Tungurahua is given by Carbon Storage Environmental Service.
