The project proposes a viable and cost effective alternative to installing a Processing Plant Fruit Pulp, under the name of FRITIBELT SAC, which will aim to market the resident Hispanic population in the United States; this is intended to take advantage, to add value and extend the useful life of the great variety of fruits with which it has in our region and the growing demand for nostalgic product in the north country, because of exponential growth Latin American immigrants who are willing to pay for products, mainly fruits, from their country of origin. The production line is designed for processing passion fruit and cherimoya pulp, the first one is a product that is already positioned in the US market; while the second is in a stage of introduction and with great potential for growth in demand. Moreover, these fruits are selected to present a somewhat different chemical-physical and organoleptic characteristics, with the aim of designing a flexible production line that is also adapted to other types of fruit. The location of the proposed plant is the city of Lima, district of Lurin, and will have an installed capacity of 2.5 MT per day. Also, the technology used is intermediate equipment that can be developed or acquired in our country, except the heat treatment equipment and packaging will have to be imported. The project has been designed as an industrial plant and continuous process, but will start its activities with 55% of installed capacity and will gradually grow according to demand to peak. Finally, the plant will have a built area of 1256.5 m2 and a total area of 2383.5 m2. The initial investment will be S /. 5,532,515 and funding is 50% of it. After the economic and financial evaluation were obtained VNA's greater than zero, TIR's higher than that charged for the project, and relationships B/C greater than one, which ultimately indicates that the project is viable at perfectibility level and is recommended to continue the feasibility stage.
