This paper aims to develop the use of a cluster model to promote tourism through the strategy of experiential tourism in the province of Pomabamba - Ancash, allowing make ecotourism a viable commercial offering, to improve the competitiveness of ecotourism, making a community participation within a framework of economic, social welfare and environmental sustainability of the site. The research was conducted in the province of Pomabamba - Ancash, where medicinal thermal baths, the ruins of Yayno, the snowy Jancapampa, the places of the districts of Huayllan, Quinuabamba, Parobamba and the city of Pomabamba are. Pomabamba also has comparative advantages that may enhance the experiential tourism, the organization engaged in handicrafts, agriculture and livestock research contributing towards improvement of its competitive advantages, quality of life, development of the province people and therefore the growth of ecotourism in Peru. In this research was used for evaluation of variables, of descriptive research - explanatory, and a non-experimental design was developed, and the same techniques and tools for data collection were use, between them; primary and secondary sources, using such methods; direct observation, through surveys or questionnaires and visits. The proposed model of experiential ecotourism cluster comprising 15 families initially form Huayllan community, 6 transport companies, 2 artisan houses, 3 guides and one trainer administrator. They will receive training to improve service, develop key skills to the improvement of success, and position itself as a tourist destination. The marketing strategy focuses on the tastes and preferences of tourists taking into account global trends. The comparative and competitive advantages of the province of Pomabamba should be exploited to achieve benefits and be recognized nationally and internationally. The development of the tourist circuit allows the system work in this area of planning an itinerary with exact times. The family income rise by 61 percent as planned.
