The current study was prepared in order to know guidelines management of the ISO 9001: 2015 regulation for the design of quality management systems in the SUNARP Registry Zone IX in order to specify affinity between service quality and customer satisfaction. Likewise, the study is structured in three parts. Initially, the problem is described in order to determine the current state of the organization in terms of compliance with the standards, objectives and methods used to develop the diagnosis. Implement the action plan. This process of understanding the weaknesses and strengths in the organization will allow improvements to be made with positive repercussions on the company. In a second stage, it is relevant to implement and monitor the requirements for the standards where the scope and level of compliance allow us to determine those elements that are weak and strong. By determining this approach, an appropriate action plan can be designed for the design of quality management systems to ensure critical areas and thus resolve problems in designated dimensions within designated deadlines. Additionally, it is necessary to consider an evaluation of the situational context to determine what are the first actions to be carried out within the quality management systems, taking into account the time required for the most remote designations. Due to this, more time needs to be considered for these activities to adapt in compliance with regulations. In the last stage, all relevant documentation, results, conclusions and recommendations related to the activity carried out will be presented, as well as supplementary information in the annexes with the objective of presenting a quality management system model to improve the quality of service and satisfaction in users of the SUNARP Registry Zone IX.
