We worked with the species Guazuma crinita in saturated condition to evaluate the variables of dynamic modulus of elasticity (MOEd); as well as the static modulus of elasticity (MOEe) and modulus of rupture (MOR) in static bending according to Peruvian Technical Standards 251.017:2004, “WOOD. Method to determine the static bending” in order to estimate the MOEe and MOR by means of the MOEd. In the determination of the MOEd, the Microsecond timer was used in two positions at 0° and 45° in the longitudinal section of the specimen and the FFT Analyzer in the transverse and longitudinal section. In both non-destructive techniques no statistical differences were found; however, a better estimate of the static MOE is shown with the longitudinal resonance technique. The linear regression that best estimates the MOEe is: = 4743,3+0,7356* , by the resonance method with FFT Analyzer.
