The means of life program is a project that aims to support Venezuelan beneficiaries in the incubation of new businesses, providing them with advice, training, technical assistance and seed capital to improve or start their businesses so that they can generate income to improve the family economy. . In this sense, part of this process is to select beneficiaries who fit the profile as established by the project and part of the flow of this selection has presented some critical points such as police and criminal records in both Venezuela and Peru, also some have not developed any business and are not aware of it, some are already receiving help from other NGOs of the same type, some were only looking for capital without the intention of generating an enterprise and thus there were several observations in the selection of beneficiaries, generating that The aid did not really reach those who were adjusted according to the project, as many were not able to receive the aid and if they adjusted to the requirements. In order to reduce the margin of error, the filters were increased in the selection of new benefits considering the request for criminal and police records, the questionnaire of questions about knowledge of their enterprise was increased and above all it was verified if they really have a business or they have the real one intention to start it.
