The present investigation entitled “Costs of legal extraction and commercialization of gold in the mining company Lucas S.R.L. in the district of Huaypetue, Madre de Dios, period 2019” aims to Establish the Costs of Legal Extraction and identify the process of commercialization of Gold of the Lucas Mining Company S.R.L. in the District of Huaypetue, Madre de Dios Period 2019. The general hypothesis The Legal Gold Extraction Costs of the Lucas Mining Company S.R.L. in the District of Huaypetue, Madre de Dios Period 2019 are established empirically and the commercialization does not adequately apply the processes for an optimal result. The thesis consists of 5 chapters: Chapter I, referring to the approach to the problem, formulation of the problem, general and specific objectives and justification. Chapter II, referring to the theoretical framework, where hypotheses and research variables are developed. Chapter III, referring to the research method where the methodology used, techniques, population and research sample are developed. Chapter IV, referring to the results obtained from the data processing of the tables and figures. Chapter V, referring to the discussion where the theories are estimated with the results obtained. And finally the conclusions reached in the investigation, We conclude by stating that the extraction costs of the Lucas Mining Company SRL, are not determined adequately since it does not have a cost system implemented that allows it to determine the cost of extraction per gram of gold, but nevertheless the system that would allow you to know exactly the cost of extraction is the process cost system, in terms of the marketing process it partially complies with the process because it has loyal customers, the market to which it sells its production is local, national and international, it does not advertise, it does not have a warehouse for security reasons and other activities of the commercialization process which are partially fulfilled.
