The execution of public investment projects in our territory is complex and even more so if it is a matter of executing works in rural areas considered to be poor and extremely poor. In the present work, the Entity executes public investment projects Fixed Platforms “Tambos“ under the modality of Núcleos Ejecutores, a successful community work model to apply to projects in areas of difficult access, however, a problem was manifested in the delay in execution and liquidation due to the lack of mechanisms and tools used for the control, monitoring and management of the activities developed during the execution of the projects, transcending in not reaching the objectives of providing products and services of the State in the estimated time. The objective of this paper was to carry out an analysis of the situational status of the 244 projects executed by Núcleos Ejecutores transferred from the MVCS to MIDIS in order to implement management tools that improve their execution and liquidation, the methodology used was descriptive, not experimental, being the main techniques used observation and documentary compilation. The management tools adopted, such as the review of procedures, control, follow-up and the establishment of directives, were of great contribution to the progress of project execution and had an impact on the scope of the Entity's objectives. The results at the end of 2019 were: More agile Expense Autorización Management at the banking level, a greater number of approved pre-settlements, as well as 86% of completed projects, which, when they became operational, allowed us to provide the community with products and services. of the State, benefiting 288 thousand residents of the areas of influence.
