From December 2017 to April 2018, the application of auxins based biostimulants at different plant densities response were evaluated on trellised melon cv. Hale's Best Jumbo yield, its components and growth variables. Four sources of commercial biostimulants; Kelpak, Eco-Algas, Rayzor, and Ecozyme, and control not applied, evaluated on three densities: 7,000, 9,000, and 11,000 plants per hectare. Four biostimulants treatments using commercial products; Kelpak, Eco-Algas, Rayzor, Ecozyme and a control group without treatment were tested on three plant densities: 7,000, 9,000 and 11,000 plants per hectare, under drip irrigation. A split-plot experimental design was used, where biostimulants treatments were randomly assigned at plot level and planting densities at subplot level. The maximum record for commercial yield was 22,329 kg/ha with Kelpak at 9,000 pl/ha and the lowest was 11,238 kg/ha with Rayzor at 7,000 pl/ha; in the last case, the dry matter in the aerial part stood out, but for all other variables had the lowest records. Kelpak also presented greater fruit weight, the highest Harvest Index (HI) and the lowest Transpiration Coefficient (TC) at the same density, while at 11,000 pl/ha it showed best Water Use Efficiency (WUE). Its commercial performance was statistically similar to Ecozyme, but 24.1% different from the control. With Ecozyme, the equatorial diameter, Brix degrees and pulp thickness per fruit were greater. Eco-Algas stood out in pulp dry matter, viable, and total seed weight, the last two variables were statistically similar to Ecozyme but different from the control by 21.9%. There was no significance on planting densities response in yield, pulp and skin thickness, weight from fruit and one hundred viable seeds. In commercial yield, like most of the evaluated variables, significant density-biostimulant interaction effects were observed.
