Atrial was carried out at the National Agrarian University 'La Molina' in order to evaluate the effect of four biostimulants based on amino acids in jalapeño pepper cv 'Everman' , on crop yield, quality of the fruits ( expressed in dimensions and weight) and dry matter content in stems, leaves and fruits. The biostimulants used were: Fitoamin®, Naturamin®Plus, Cropbioscience N-8® and Terra-Sorb® foliar, which were compared with a control, who did not receive a foliar application. A randomized block design was used and the data were analyzed with Duncan's test at a confidence level of 5%. Results indicated that there were no statistical differences between the treatments for variables evaluated: yield, number of fruits per plant, fruit quality parameters and dry matter content. However, higher yield were observed using Naturamin®Plus treatment, which achieved yields of 10.25 tons per hectare and 462.5 fruits per plant. Fruit quality parameters were similar in all treatments to the control, while in the percentages of dry matter it was observed that there was a positive response by the treatments compared to the control.
