A liquid biofertilizer was made with alpaca feces from SAIS Pachacutec S.A.C. through homolactic fermentation, with the aim to assess its nutritional quality, pathogenic microbial load and agronomic efficiency. Twenty-five bioferments with different ratios of alpaca feces, bovine lactoserum, cane molasses and the microbial consortium Biolac, were incubated at 40°C, to determine the best treatment based on its low acidity degree and minor inputs costs. The averages of pH in the days 5 and 30 were analyzed through a completely randomized design with factorial arrangement 5 × 5 (Biolac x molasses), doing an analysis of variance and Tukey's mean test (p<0.05) in software SAS version 8. The best treatment contained alpaca feces, bovine lactoserum, Biolac and molasses on ratio 40:40:5:15, respectively; with 59% of liquid yield. Because of its high acidity and salinity was dissolved until a dose of 0.1% to get the highest germinative index of 94.26% in lettuce seed. The biofertilizer had a scent subtle of fermented sugar, shiny brown color, bittersweet taste and semi-liquid consistency (ρ=1.57 g/ml). The nutritional assessment indicated high nutritional content and low concentrations of heavy metals (lead, cadmium and chromium) lower than the permissible limits set by international legislation. The microbial analyzes showed a relative absence of total coliforms, fecal coliforms and E. coli. According the results, it concludes that the liquid fertilizer accelerated made from alpaca feces (Alpa-biol) is of high nutritional quality and microbiological safety.
