The modeling of the accessibility time to basic service establishments shows if there was a correct territorial planning in the study area. To this end, in the district of Huayllabamba the accessibility deficit of the population with respect to basic services was determined, where the calculation of time required by one meter of travel was used for road, water and foot friction surfaces; this indicator depends on the characteristics of the surface, the classification of the water body and the slope. With the construction of the friction surfaces, the integrated friction surface is constituted, which is the superposition of the surfaces, considering the value of the lowest pixel in places with more than one value. Then, using the distance cost algorithm, which requires the integrated friction surface and the population centers of the study area as inputs, the optimal (minimum) time required to any point in the district was obtained, with a total of 33 rasters. generated with this algorithm. Next, the values obtained in the rasters were extracted from the establishments, that is, for an establishment there are 33 values referring to the times required between said point and each of the populated centers, thus the minimum value was added to each populated center according to establishment category, As an example, for a populated center it is desired to add the minimum time with respect to the health establishments, for this the lowest value of time (extracted from the raster prepared with the mentioned populated center) of the health establishments was obtained. Finally, with the minimum time values, spatial analysis and accessibility statistics were carried out through quantile maps, standard deviation, global trend analysis of the data and calculations of the Global Moran Index and Local Indicators of Spatial Association (LISA) that affirm statistically, if the variable exists, it presents some kind of spatial pattern.
