The present descriptive monographic work based on the guidelines of Resolution No. 00119- 2020-CU-UNALM aims to show the redesign and the results obtained with the new mobile visibility application for the Trade Marketing area of the company Molitalia SA. This company leads the mass consumer goods market in third place with a market share of 15.4% and its annual sales of 14 million. The Trade marketing area allows the development of the Marketing area guidelines in conjunction with the sales department to generate the display and sale of the portfolio at the point of sale. In mid-2018, the area showed a decrease in registrations through the mobile application, only an average of 45% of points of sale were viewed. This figure generated the problem of representativeness of the reports of the three indicators of the area, visibility, management of POP material and perfect coverage of clients, causing that the data is not significant for decision-making. In consideration of the diagnosis of the origin of the problem, the Deputy Manager of the Trade Marketing area entrusted the project of designing a new mobile application to the Area Assistants. The subscribing professional, as Assistant of the area, followed the guidelines of the Agile Scrum Methodology to carry out the planning and development of the project according to the company's guidelines. The new mobile application, Facitrade, made it possible to exceed the objective of the project, reaching a registration coverage of 93% of the points of sale, in the deployment of the white march held in the city of Lima. It was possible to present to the area an agile tool, with a friendly interface, with required functionality, which optimized user time, and provided automation in the delivery of reports to the Trade Marketing area.
