Mango cultivation generates foreign exchange for the country and employment for the population. This has been possible thanks to private investment and the presence and increase of agro-export companies, which support the mango agri-food chain. As also occurs in other export crops, within the mango value chain there are third parties, who are small to medium producers who provide agro-exporters with additional production that allows them to increase their concentration of supply to reach greater volumes and comply with your orders. For example, there is the case of more than 3,100 family farming producers of organic mango in Lambayeque, who are located in the areas of Motupe, Olmos, Jayanca and Proyecto de Irrigación Olmos and who work with different agro-export companies. Thus, it is vitally important that third parties that sell their production to agro-export companies receive advice and technical assistance from the companies so that the crops they supply to said companies meet the quality, traceability and safety requirements essential for the export process, and in this way the business cycle is successfully closed without the commercial transaction or the prestige and good name of the company or the country being compromised. To achieve this, engineers and technicians from different companies. They periodically and permanently visit farmers' fields to provide them with training and technical recommendations for crop management. The purchase of production from small producers is conditional on them following the recommendations provided by the company's engineers for agro-omic management. Likewise, personnel hired directly by the company participate in the harvest work.
