Because updating the norm Seismic Design E.030 in January 2016, there is the uncertainty of knowing if designs made before the date of enactment of that standard comply with the design required in this update. Therefore, the project designed in April 2015 “Improvement and Extension of Services of Teaching and Research in Territorial Ordering and Sustainable Development of the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering of the National Agrarian University La Molina - La Molina, Lima, Peru“, has been evaluated according to the norm E030 of 2003 and 2016. This project consists of a building divided into 3 independent blocks. The spectral modal analysis was developed for the calculation of the period of each block, from this analysis a greater relevance was given to the static seismic analysis on the dynamic, The results obtained by the E.030 standard of 2003 resulted in an average of 41.43% and 60.79% in the corresponding X and Y meanings of analyzes smaller than the maximum drift indicated in that standard (0.007). Considering these results the average percentage differences between the E.030 norm of 2003 and 2016 are -10.99% in the X direction and -10.83% in the Y direction of analysis. These results indicate that the seismic stresses according to E.030 of 2016 are of smaller magnitude with respect to the seismic stresses of the 2003 norm in this particular case
