Currently in Peru we have more than 350 varieties of chili. The pickled pepper is the most cultivated in all the Capsicum and, therefore, there is a need to improve production and yield in a sustainable and sustainable way. In this test, four different doses of microalgae (2 l/Ha, 4 l/Ha, 6 l/Ha and 8 l/Ha) and two control treatments were applied foliarly, one without fertilisation or application of microalgae extract and the other with fertilisation (NPK) but without application of microalgae in the cultivation of pickled pepper (Capsicum baccatum var. pendulum) in the Cañete Lima Valley. The statistical design used was Completely Random Block Design (DBCA) with four blocks and six treatments to evaluate the affectivity of the product. The variables evaluated were: The variables evaluated were: percentage of fruit set, yield, external quality in average weight, length and diameter of fruit, production quality in extra, first, second, third and fourth and percentage of dry matter in leaves, stems and fruits. In general it was observed that the application of microalgae extract in most variables evaluated did not have significant differences between treatments, this probably due to the way of application of microalgae extract, which we will corroborate in this test.
