This monograph was prepared based on a research whose objective was to verify the model of structural equations of technological innovation in Peruvian manufacturing companies using the results of the National Survey of Innovation in the Manufacturing Industry applied in 2012 by the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics. The evaluation of the results was carried out using the SmartPLS software, for the research of the paper Analyzing technological innovation in low and medium-low tech Peruvian manufacturing companies, developed by a group of researchers Christian M. Ringle, Sven Wende and Jan-Michael Becker from European universities. This study is part of the research promotion policy of the Faculty of Engineering of the ESAN University. As part of the research promotion, the need to propose a model of structural equations that explains the technological innovation of Peruvian manufacturing companies was identified, through the interrelationships of the latent variables absorption capacity, sources of information and technological acquisition. The research was carried out with 856 companies. The most important results of the research show that the interrelationships of the proposed model of structural equations verify that thetechnological innovation of Peruvian manufacturing companies is explained only by the latent variables technological absorption and acquisition capacity, and that said model presents a good fit, because the adjuster coefficient of determination indicator was 0.520; and the GoF indicator was 0.5, as it was greater than the optimal value of 0.31.
