The objective of this research was to determine the effect of the inclusion of a seaweed mixture flour in the diet on intestinal morphometry, bone morphometry, bone mineralization indicators, ash percentage and bone resistance of tibias of 21-day-old broiler chickens. . old. 432 male BB chickens from the commercial line Ross 308 were used, randomly distributed in six treatments with six repetitions. The treatments evaluated were the following: T1, control diet (without algae meal, HA); T2, diet including 0.1% HA; T3, diet including 0.2% HA; T4, diet including 0.3% HA; T5, diet including 0.4% HA; T6, diet with inclusion of 0.5% HA. Food and water were offered ad libitum. At 21 days of age, twelve animals per treatment were sacrificed to collect histological samples of the jejunum, to subsequently determine intestinal morphometry; At the same time, tibia bone samples were collected to later determine morphometric measurements, bone mineralization indicators, ash percentage and bone resistance. The results showed that the use of seaweed meal did not affect (P˃0.05) the length, width, villus area and crypt depth; Likewise, it does not affect the measurements of the length, width and weight of the tibia, Seedor index, Quetelet index, Robustness index, ash percentage and bone resistance. It is concluded that intestinal morphometry, bone morphometry, mineralization indicators, ash percentage and bone resistance of 21-day-old chickens were not influenced by dietary treatments.
