The objetive of this research was to develop a software based on the PEIE method (Paired Equivalent Isothermal Exposure) which is a non-isothermal mathematical model to determine kinetic parameters for the destruction of bacterial spores: Bacillus subtilis / amyloliquefaciens. Aluminum TDT (Thermal Death Time) disks were used for thermal resistance tests. In each TDT disk was placed 1.00 mL of inoculated sample, about 0.9 mL of canned white asparagus puree (pH = 4.9) and 0.1 mL of spores in suspension. Both the initial and final concentration of microorganisms and the temperature profiles were input for the software operation which was developed in Visual Basic language. Kinetic parameters of the Bacillus subtilis/ amyloliquefaciens thermal destruction obtained by KineticLab software at temperatures below 100°C were Ea = 180.454 ± 4.68 kJ/mol, and D value (D85°C = 16.85 min ± 0.67, D90°C = 7.39 min ± 0.24 y D95°C = 3.24 min ± 0.12) and at temperatures over 100°C were: Ea = 218.068 ± 5.61 kJ/mol, and values D (D100°C = 1.38 min ± 0.23, D110°C = 0.22 min ± 0.03 y D120°C = 0.037 min ± 0.01).
