The present study entitled: "LEVEL OF JOB SATISFACTION AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE NURSING PROFESSIONAL IN THE MICRO NETWORK CALCA, CUSCO - 2023" had the objective of determining the level of job satisfaction and its relationship with the quality of life of the nursing professional in the Micro Network Calca, Cusco - 2023. The sample population consisted of 56 nursing professionals, the methodology was descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational, the technique for obtaining information was the survey. Results: on the general characteristics 55.4% are between 31 - 40 years old and 10.7% are over 51 years old, 87.5% are female and 12.5% male, followed by the monthly remuneration is 44.6% receive less than 2500.00 soles per month and 10.7% receive remuneration over 4000.00 soles, as for the academic degree 75.0% have a bachelor's degree in nursing and 1.8% have a doctorate. Regarding the time of service 58.9% have 1 - 5 years and 10.7% have 16 - 20 years of service, finally 64.3% have the labor condition of administrative service contract (CAS) and 10.7% continue to work as a service contract (RH). Regarding the level of satisfaction, 53.6% are dissatisfied, 44.6% are satisfied and 1.8% are very satisfied. Regarding quality of life, 46.4% have a medium quality of life, followed by 41.1% low and 12.5% high. The relationship between job satisfaction and quality of life shows that 91.3% of the nursing professionals are job dissatisfied with a medium quality of life and 26.9% are job dissatisfied with a high quality of life, while 73.1% of the nursing professionals are satisfied with a medium quality of life and 57.1% are job satisfied with a low quality of life. Finally, 14.3% are very job satisfied with a medium quality of life. Conclusions: When applying the Spearman's rho coefficient the p=0.000<0.005 therefore the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is denied where there is significant relationship between job satisfaction and quality of life of the nursing professional in the Micro Network of health services Calca, Cusco - 2023.
