The present research is measured by two variables, associate factors , whose instrument to evaluate the associated factors is of its own creation and is based on the most common associated factors identified in previous research and treatment adherence , this questionnaire consists of 21 items distributed in three different dimensions. This work was carried out at the Juan Pablo II Maternal and Child Center, in Los Olivos, in October 2023, where it was determined that the sociodemographic factors age, sex, and alcohol consumption are significantly associated with adherence to treatment in patients. with pulmonary tuberculosis, the treatment of staff is also significantly associated with treatment adherence in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. This is why it is important to carry out this research work, in order to promote that the Maternal and Child Center must maintain high standards of patient care, offering quality services and developing motivational programs in a coordinated manner to promote compliance with anti-tuberculosis treatment.
