We live in an era of technology where experiences are worth more valuable than products and emotions, sometimes govern our behaviour when we purchase a good or service. Companies are increasingly concerned about the human factor and that day-to-day interactions contribute to an atmosphere of organizational well-being and teamwork. For a long time, attention has been focused on the satisfaction of external clients, but very rarely attention has been paid to what happens within organisations where diverse teams interact daily, each one more diverse, complex and with particular characteristics and objectives. Through this research work I would like to highlight the importance of measuring internal customer satisfaction as a key factor that contributes to the development of a culture that puts the customer at the centre and allows it to be an enabler of sustainable growth to ensure workspaces that favour good interrelationships between different teams. It should also be emphasized that this transformation would not be possible without the implementation of information technologies or process re-engineering that helps human resources teams to have the necessary tools for decision-making and to develop their processes with an increasingly agile, light, and digital view.
