The investigation, under the title “Family violence and its influence on the viability of complaints received in the Judiciary, Urubamba Cusco 2022“, addresses the general problem of how family violence affects the presentation of complaints in said court. The main objective is to describe family violence and its impact on the viability of complaints handled by the Judiciary Urubamba, Cusco – 2022. Methodology: The methodology used is of a descriptive legal type, with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental design. The sample consists of 38 files provided by the Urubamba Judiciary, Cusco – 2022. Hypothesis: It is postulated that it will be possible to describe family violence and the viability of the complaints received in the Judiciary Urubamba, Cusco – 2022. Results: The objective of determining family violence and its impact on the viability of the complaints received in the Judiciary Urubamba Cusco - 2022 was met. The investigation managed to detail the aspects linked to family violence, with a special focus on the viability of complaints. Various elements were considered, such as the complaint report, declaration report, risk assessment sheets, psychological expertise and the Medical Examiner's report, providing an exhaustive analysis of said process. Conclusions: The conclusions reveal an influence during the process of complaints of family violence, where 89.5% of the files were archived. Only 10.5% of the files complied with this process, and these specific cases, identified as 02358-2022-0-1015-JR-FT-01, 02563-2022-0-1015-JR-FT-01, 02565-2022 -0-1015-JR-FT-01 and 01923-2023-0-1015-JR- FT-01, were not filed.
