The thesis focuses on the need to reuse the used vegetable oil, since there is neither an adequate management of information nor actions such as environmental awareness or culture, added to the lack of formal storage systems, collection and use of used oil. This study aims to develop industrial soap from the recycling of used vegetable oil, has as its main objective: Determine the economic feasibility for the production of industrial soap from the vegetable oil used in restaurants in the city of Cusco -2016 To achieve the above, information was collected at both the primary and secondary levels. The thesis consists of five chapters, the first chapter mentions the objectives and justification of the project. Chapter II describes the theoretical framework that was used during the realization of this project. Chapter III conducts a complete study on the methodology of the project, determines our population and shows as well as techniques and instruments to measure our results. In Chapter IV we developed the entire technical study, where we determined the project size, plant location, technology and project engineering. As well as the whole economic study, since it determines if the project is feasible, according to the results obtained in the cash flow and the indicators VAN, TIR, B / CY and finally in Chapter V has an impact assessment of the proposed plant. Therefore, the project developed proved to be technically feasible and economically profitable, since we recycled the used vegetable oil of the restaurants of the city of Cusco to avoid more pollution in the environment, reason why the present project has foundation of sustainable business and ecological.
