The objective of this research work is to analyze the supply chain of a company in the sports betting industry with the purpose of making a diagnosis of the current situation of its supply chain processes with the purpose of achieving a strategic alignment that allows increasing efficiency through the implementation of corporate logistics management. For the development of the present investigation, the current situation of the company's logistics was mapped, it was analyzed using the SCOR methodology to determine the processes with opportunities for improvement and through the AHP matrix the problem to be analyzed was determined, on said problem they were determined. the improvement proposals, which were implemented focusing on a new administrative structure, the redesign of purchasing management to achieve sustained savings and the implementation of a computerized system for the automation of logistics management, which will allow us to have with information management and also, through the different user profiles for accessing information, it will allow adequate risk management. Thanks to this, an average saving of % is achieved in purchasing management and savings of % in logistics management times and an improvement in the performance of processes in critical situations of %.
