The following research aims to find the economic, financial, technical, environmental and social viability of the installation of a nutraceutical drinks plant based on blueberry and pomegranate for export. It will understand that the life of the project will be 5 years. A market study is carried out, in which we will determine the demand of the project based on qualitative and quantitative information of the market such as, the demand for juices, the population of Shanghai, the socioeconomic target level. After making the calculations, it showed that the demand of the project last year would be 194,470 bottles. Currently, there is no competitor with a substitute who provides a product with the same characteristics, however, we find various options in the Chinese market that can meet this need, since the trend was in addition to the increase in exotic natural beverages. “Amazon Camu Camu“ is a nutraceutical Japanese origin drink that has a high chance of penetrating the Asian market. Through the Analysis of Factor Ranking it was found that the most relevant locality to place our plant, considering basic services and proximity to the main material, would be the province of Virú in the department of La Libertad. In addition, the operation size is equal to the technology size, as it has a value higher than that of the break-even point and less than the size of the demand. The production process is semi automatic, for which 12 operators will be required. Similarly, there are 3 collaborators as indirect personnel for the operations and 9 for the management administrative area. The capacity of the plant is 176,624 bottles annually and the plant encompasses 1,160 m2. In the end, the gross margin found will be 55% and in the last year there will be a net income of 492,919.56 soles. The COK of 16% shows that the project is financially and economically viable. The economic results show a VAN of 1,238,640.00 soles and a TIR of 59%. Otherwise, the financial results show a VAN of 1,470,790.00 soles and a TIR of 85%. Similarly, the investment will recover in 3 years 9 months and 25 days, while the financial recovery period will be in 2 years 5 months and 4 days.
