The purpose of this research project is to determine the feasibility of the implementation of a Sacha Inchi powder production plant. First, the demand and acceptance of the product was determined by conducting a market study. For this, the characteristics of the raw material, chosen for its nutraceutical and functional benefits, were made known and we focused on clients of the socioeconomic level B of Metropolitan Lima in an age range of 18 to 24 and 40 and over. Second, according to the studied tools, the optimal location of the plant was determined considering our target audience, basic resources, raw material and other factors. Analyzing these factors, it was concluded that our plant will be located in Lurín, Lima. Third, once the DIA was found based on the project's demand, it was sought to satisfy a demand of 31 795 boxes of 6 bottles of 200 g each. With this, the entire implementation of the plant was carried out taking into consideration the operational capacity of the machines, quality management tools such as control charts and technical sheets to ensure that production and storage is within the permissible limits. Safety tools such as the IPERC matrix were used to determine the critical points of the production process, as well as the HACPP matrix to guarantee the safety of the product. With all these considerations, the area of the plant was determined, which was 419 square meters, whose areas were duly located according to the relational table of activities. Finally, the project is viable, since in an economic cash flow it grants a NPV of S/ 690 559, an EIRR of 44,70%, a benefit-cost ratio of 1,77 and a payback period of 3,34 years. In a financial cash flow it grants a VANF of S/ 780 490, an IRR of 61%, a benefitcost ratio of 2,45 and a payback period of 2,99 years.
