The study assesses the feasibility of installing a King Kong brick plant in the department of Lima. The target market is 40 777,63 tons per year of King Kong bricks at a sale price of S/736 soles per thousand to the traditional channel. The plant will be located in the Puente Piedra district with a capacity of 149,69 tons per day. The proposed production process is based on stages of grinding, sieving, kneading, extruding, cutting, drying and baking, using recycled clay, earth and glass from the area. The proposed area for the plant is 11 322,26 m2. The project investment amounts to S/ 5 319 994,12 soles financed 43,93% through a loan from the banks BCP and Scotiabank; on the other hand, 56,07% is own contribution. It is indicated that the project will have a payback period of the investment in 4 year and 6 months.
