On the other hand, the prospects of recovery of Bogota's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) with 10% in 2021 and stabilization of over 3%, the growth of the clean mobility market promoted by the State and the investment policies for the construction of additional bike paths to the existing ones in the city, mean opportunities that Cycler evaluates within a strategic plan to take advantage of them based on its expansion capabilities and efficient management. To consolidate its plan, based on a cost leadership strategy, Cycler will evaluate an alliance with the world's largest spare parts supplier, Shimano, with whom it will agree on competitive prices and innovative, quality supplies to satisfy its customers. This plan details the strategic objectives for the expansion of the Cycler-Shimano alliance in Bogota with a view to achieving a market share of up to 5% by 2025. These objectives allow the development of functional plans at the Human Resources, Operations, Marketing and Financial levels, with specific action plans and associated budgets that are taken to the economic and financial cash flows
