The purpose of this research work is to determine the economic, social and technical feasibility of the installation of a plant for the production of beef jerky snacks with roasted corn, whose name is Nutri Yerki. In chapter I, crucial points for the research are reflected, such as the problem, the objectives of the research, justification of the topic and hypothesis. Chapter II investigates the market study identifying the use of the product, substitutes and complementary goods, socioeconomic level and the business model. Nutri Jerky is a product with a net content of 50 grams, which is mainly oriented to people between the ages of 18 and 55 years old and belonging to the A and B socioeconomic level. In Chapter III, the optimal location for the manufacture of the product in question is determined, for which the factors of macro- and micro-location are evaluated. Chapter IV evaluates the market size, productive resources, break-even point and plant size. Chapter V describes the production process of jerky snack with roasted corn, as well as the quantities required for production based on the last projected year; likewise, the calculation of the plant capacity will be obtained with data on the amount of machinery and labor required. Chapter VI identifies the organizational structure of the company, identifying a total of 24 employees, including administrative and operating personnel. Chapter VII determines the total amount of financing and economic returns, the operating and financial budgets, as well as the economic and financial indicators. Finally, Chapter VIII details the calculation and interpretation of the social indicators.
