This project topic has been developed due to the actual situation of the country and the world, which has caused a high demand for non-invasive respirators. There has not been companies that manufacture this type of product in Peru. Therefore, the proposal to install a plant to produce non-invasive ecological respirators represented an opportunity. The purpose of this research project to satisfy the necessities of people with breathing diseases. In the first chapter, the information was investigated and analyzed to contextualize the topic and expand the theoretical and technical knowledge about the researched product, collecting the necessary data for the development of the chapters. In the second chapter, the specific demand of the project for the year 2025 was calculated, which was 31 respirators and the results of the survey carried out on the target. In the third chapter, it was determined that the optimal location for the plant is Lurin. In the fourth chapter, the breakeven point turned out to be 17 respirators and Market-Size was the determining factor to calculate the plant capacity. In the fifth chapter, this project considers the material balance and a safety stock of 5%, the production program was determined. Using the Guerchet Method was determined that the minimum production area is approximately 84 m2. In the sixth chapter, it was determined that the type of legal status would be L.L.C., an evaluation of the jobs was carried out and the hierarchy of the company was defined. In the seventh chapter, all the costs and expenses involved in the production of Oxy were determined and the economic and financial indicators were evaluated, which demonstrated the viability of the project. Finally, in the eighth chapter, it was determined that for each PEN invested, a remuneration of 22.11 PEN will be generated for the society.
