In response of the pollution generated in the environment and the health damage caused by the use of plastic and Tecnopor, a new alternative is presented that consists of the production of biodegradable packaging from bijao leaf and recycled cardboard, which will help the environment because of the short time of decomposition that it has after use. And also, it will help health since they do not release carcinogenic substances when heating food inside them. The present investigation aims to support with accurate information why the product to be offered is an optimal alternative that replaces plastic or Tecnopor, making the market search to the population of Metropolitan Lima and Callao, belonging to NSE A and B, economically active. With this information, we determinate the project demand, the location of the industrial plant and the appropriate plant size for the present investigation. On the other hand, the investment of the project is equivalent to S / 2 009 229,41, having in the economic sphere a VNA of S / 1 023 163 with an IRR of 34,85%; and with regard to finance, a VNA of S / 1 200 604 and a financial IRR of 47,71%. On the social evaluation, an added value of S / 9 473 191 was obtained. Finally, the conclusions regarding the research work will be detailed, as well as its recommendations.
