The rapid growth of electronic commerce has led many companies in the retail sector to implement the click and collect service in order to successfully deliver the products. However, providing a high-quality service requires companies to know how customers perceive performance and how satisfied they are with the service offered. In the present investigation, it is proposed to demonstrate the relationship that exists between customer satisfaction and the quality of the click and collect service of a company in the retail sector in Metropolitan Lima. For this, the Servqual model was used, where the 5 dimensions of service quality proposed by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry were evaluated and it was identified if any of these were related to the level of customer satisfaction through the correlation test of Spearman, as well as, customer satisfaction was analyzed regarding some items that were considered important in click and collect. This study had a sample of 392 surveys, whose responses were processed and duly analyzed. Among the main results obtained, it was verified that customer satisfaction is related to the quality of click and collect service of the evaluated organization and, that the 5 dimensions of service quality: reliability, security, responsiveness, empathy of the company and collaborators, as well as the tangible elements used to provide the service, are related to the level of customer satisfaction.
