The present research aims to analyze the mechanical behavior of concrete reinforced with sugarcane fibers in percentages of 1.5%, 3.0% and 6.0% against a standard concrete f'c = 210 kg / cm2, by means of compression and bending tests, using for the design of mixing the same materials (fine aggregate of the quarry of Cunyac and coarse aggregate of the quarry of Zurite, portland cement IP pozzolanico and the fibers of sugar cane of the zone of Curahuasi). The quality control of the aggregates was carried out by means of tests standardized by Peruvian Technical Standard NTP 400.037 and in the same way for sugar cane fiber, to then carry out the mixing design and determine the optimum dosage of sugarcane fiber, considering 3 percentages (1.5%, 3.0% and 6.0%) with respect to the weight of the coarse aggregate. Finally, after performing the analysis of the mechanical behavior between a traditional standard concrete f'c = 210 kg / cm2 with concrete reinforced with sugar cane fibers in percentages of 1.5%, 3.0% and 6.0%, it was concluded that a concrete reinforced with 1.5% of compressed sugar cane fibers, it increases with respect to the standard concrete f'c = 210 kg / cm2 and likewise reinforced concrete with 6.0% sugarcane fibers subjected to stresses of bending, it increases with respect to the standard concrete f'c = 210 kg / cm2.
