Every year, 2990 people are rescued due to two factors: First, due to the collapse of their stacking-type homes, and second, due to the length of time rescue efforts are taking due to the collapse. The present study seeks to reduce this time, which normally lasts at least ten hours in execution, by designing a reconfigurable robot explorer. Based on the methodology, it will be divided into four stages. First, the design characteristics will be known according to customer needs, then three tentative designs will be considered. Subsequently, the kinematics of the automaton will be known to understand its behavior in a certain trajectory with its control system and, finally, the simulation will be shown in Simulink and V-REP. In short, it seeks to implement a robot for social assistance that is easy to assemble and affordable.
