The present thesis evaluates a relatively new product on the market. Adhesive Natural polymer. This one is an additive to base enzymes organic that sells as industrial glue for wood in the thesis evaluates the incorporation as possible mejorador of the stability of soils and it would allow to increase the resistance of thin sandy soils - clayey. Tests have realized standard of classification of soils, content of dampness and special tests of compaction Proctor Modificado, CBR and compression not confined for the natural material and with different percentages of the stabilizer of soils used. The tests were realized in a Laboratory of Soils by base in the Technical Norm Peruvian adapted for every realized test. The study centres on two types of soil and the variations suffered in his mechanical properties after the use of the organic additive. The evaluation of results indicates for this study of tested soils, that substantive increases can be achieved in the capacity of support of the soils by the addition of the additive (adhesive natural polymer). The increase in CBR's values is variable, depending on the nature of the soils and the percentage of the additive, for what one recommends to realize laboratory test programs before his utilization, to determine the ideal percentage of the additive to be used in the stabilization. Since final result they present a series of pictures and tables that show a positive trend to improve some properties.
