This thesis makes the design and implementation of an educational platform "EDUCATEC" to improve the process of learning in secondary school students in 4th of Sagrado Corazón - Chalet in Chorrillos. It also emphasizes the need to implement the use of ICTs and succeed in education today. The present study was distributed as follows: In the first chapter the problem environment described today, highlighting the need to implement information technologies to optimize the lack of time. The problem arises, the general objective and specific objectives of this thesis, as well as the rationale, relevance and background. The second chapter refers to the theorical framework and how the learning process and TCIs are linked today, in order to achieve the improvement of the teaching methodology within the institution, also what guidelines the institution under study has. In the third chapter, the type, level and design of the research is presented; the study variables and their respective operationalization; indicators, population and sample; the techniques and instruments for gathering information that are used to carry out the investigation. In chapter four, we will explain the previous processes that were carried out for the development of the Blended Learning platform and the steps for its implementation; The analysis, modeling and development of the platform is done following the UML and XP methodologies. Finally, in the fifth chapter, the necessary quantitative criteria are gathered to interpret and discuss the data collected after the Pre-test application to the two groups of students, in order to finally reject or confirm our hypothesis.
