This study contributes to provide new knowledge about the modality of hospital pedagogy, to know the profile and function of teachers who work providing education in hospitals. As variables of the research, the social and communicative skills of the teacher have been considered, to analyze the incidence in the school coexistence of inclusive hospital classrooms. The research method is quantitative and descriptive level. Regarding the manipulation of the variables, the design is multiple correlational, non-experimental and transactional. The research presents two variables “social and communicative skills that have an impact on a dependent variable of School coexistence“, therefore, the correlation is not direct. The survey technique allowed the design and validation of three questionnaires, with a high level of reliability regarding the measurement of the three study variables, in a sample of 137 teachers of hospital classrooms worldwide. The results determined that there is no significant relationship between School Coexistence with either of the two independent variables: Social Skills and Communication Skills. However, it should be noted that the correlation between School Coexistence and Social Skills is much greater than that of School Coexistence and Communication Skills.
