Empoderamiento organizacional y planificación estratégica en educadores de colegios de gestión privada

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene el propósito de presentar la vinculación entre el Empoderamiento Organizacional y la Planificación Estratégica de educadores en colegios de Gestión Privada. La investigación corresponde al tipo descriptivo de carácter sustantivo, de un esquema correlacional transversal descriptivo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 55 educadores de instituciones educativas de la Educación Básica Regular elegidas de la Ugel 02 y 03 del nivel inicial, primaria y secundaria, que corresponden a los distritos del Rímac, La Victoria y Pueblo Libre para el estudio realizado se aplicaron dos importantes instrumentos, uno para medir Empoderamiento Organizacional y se desarrolló con el cuestionario de Empoderamiento , el otro cuestionario para medir la Planificación Estratégica se desarrolló el cuestionario que lleva el mismo nombre Planificación Estratégica. Finalmente, los hallazgos de la investigación evidenciaron la existencia de una correlación directa entre el Empoderamiento Organizacional y la Planificación Estratégica de educadores en colegios de Gestión Privada. Por consiguiente, en el presente estudio confirmamos las hipótesis planteadas y sustentadas.

The purpose of this research is to present the link between Organizational Empowerment and Strategic Planning of educators in private schools. The research corresponds to the descriptive type of substantive character, of a descriptive cross-sectional correlational scheme. The sample consisted of 55 educators from educational institutions of Regular Basic Education selected from the Ugel 02 and 03 of the initial, primary and secondary levels, which correspond to the districts of Rimac, La Victoria and Pueblo Libre. For the study, two important instruments were applied, one to measure Organizational Empowerment and was developed with the questionnaire of Empowerment, the other questionnaire to measure Strategic Planning was developed with the questionnaire of the same name Strategic Planning. Finally, the research found the existence of a direct correlation between Organizational Empowerment and Strategic Planning of educators in privately managed schools. Therefore, we confirm the findings of the study developed.
