Currently our country reflects a need that involves the incorporation of people with disabilities because of the existence of obstacles they face day by day physically, socially, psychologically, work and even architecturally. Fact that does not allow them to fully develop. This research proposes a specialized architectural design for a Pediatric Physical Rehabilitation Center located in the Ate district, so that it responds to health needs by proposing an architecture that serves as a development tool and seeks the integration of the disabled to society. To do this, a comprehensive rehabilitation involving physical, emotional factors should be taken into account and social that should go hand in hand with the family, as it is necessary to train families so that they can help a better and speedy recovery. Since health centers are scarce and unspecialized, being long and uncomfortable waits. User-focused designs should be proposed, which are children from 0 to 18 years old, for this you must propose spaces in which they can function creatively. Environments and equipment involved in rehabilitation should be specialized, achieving comfort and spatial quality because of the importance of the child's perception in his recovery.
