Las ferias gastronómicas en el distrito de San Jerónimo para diversificar la oferta turística de la región 2016.

Abstract

Una Feria Gastronómica Tiene por objetivo primordial la promoción de la gastronomía de un determinado lugar, en este caso se busca incluir a las Ferias Gastronómicas del distrito de San Jerónimo en una nueva ruta turística Gastronómicas en la cual se combine los atractivos turísticos y la gastronomía de la zona. Es necesario aplicar control de calidad para el mejoramiento de la calidad gastronómica de esa forma tener un desarrollo gastronómico sostenible, para garantizar la satisfacción de la experiencia culinaria turística por la vía de la oferta turística y paralelamente mejorar los niveles de bienestar de la población. La finalidad de este proyecto es proponer la realización de una feria gastronómica, donde mostremos los diferentes platos típicos del distrito de San Jerónimo, también dar a conocer los diversos postres y dulces elaborados con productos andinos. Así también demostrarles a los comensales que pueden disfrutar de los más exquisitos platos y postres nutritivamente.

A Gastronomic Fair Its main objective is the promotion of the gastronomy of a certain place, in this case it is sought to include Gastronomic Fairs of the district of San Jerónimo in a new gastronomic tourist route in which combines the tourist attractions and the gastronomy of area. It is necessary to apply quality control for the improvement of the gastronomic quality in order to have a sustainable gastronomic development, in order to guarantee the satisfaction of the tourist culinary experience through the tourist route and at the same time to improve the levels of well-being of the population.

The purpose of this project is to hold a gastronomic fair, where we show the different typical dishes of the district of San Jerónimo, also to announce the various desserts and sweets made with Andean products. So also demonstrate to the diners that they can enjoy the most exquisite dishes and desserts nutritionally.
