The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the procedures applied to oral hygiene and the Risk of Caries in Early Childhood from six to 36 months in the Healthy Child Program of the Ttio - Cusco 2016 Health Center. We worked with a population composed of 200 patients, who attended the dental office of the Center of health Ttio in the period October November 2016 year. The study is of correlational, prospective field and transverse temporality. As a tool was used, a clinical record prepared for research. The data processing was performed using the SPSS program, descriptive statistics were used with frequency distributions and to establish if there was a relationship between the variables the chi-square test was used as a measure of significance, with intervals of Confidence level of 95%. According to the results, it was found that if there is a statistically significant relationship between the procedures applied for oral hygiene and Caries Risk, since 59.5% of our total population presents a risk of caries; Distributed in 26.5%, 20.0% and 13.0% that presented high, moderate and very high caries risk, respectively.
