Arrendamiento financiero y la rentabilidad en la Empresa Inversiones Puquin SAC para el Producto Gasohol 90 – Cusco distrito de Santiago, período 2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación intitulada “ARRENDAMIENTO FINANCIERO Y LA RENTABILIDAD EN LA EMPRESA INVERSIONES PUQUIN SAC PARA EL PRODUCTO GASOHOL 90 – CUSCO DISTRITO DE SANTIAGO, PERÍODO 2018”, surge del problema:¿Cómo son el arrendamiento financiero y la rentabilidad en la empresa Inversiones Puquin SAC para el producto GASOHOL 90, en el Período 2018?,y tiene como objetivo el describir cómo es el arrendamiento financiero y la rentabilidad en la empresa Inversiones Puquin SAC para el producto GASOHOL 90 en el Período 2018. El trabajo de investigación viene desarrollado en 5 capítulos; de tal manera en el capítulo I se expondrá las generalidades del trabajo de investigación, esto es, el planteamiento del problema, los objetivos que se cumplirán en el desarrollo del trabajo de investigación, justificación y delimitación de la investigación. El capítulo II, marco teórico, presenta los antecedentes estos están constituidos por los estudios que otros investigadores han ejecutado y que son similares al de trabajo de investigación; bases legales, que sirven de testimonio referencial y de soporte a la investigación; bases teóricas dado por los conceptos básicos, que sirven de fundamento para realizar la investigación, así mismo se ha desarrollado el marco conceptual y las variables del estudio. Capitulo III, método de investigación, contiene el tipo, enfoque, diseño y alcance de la investigación, así mismo la población y las técnicas que se usaron para la recolección y procesamiento de datos. Capitulo IV, resultado de la investigación, se desarrolla buscando resultados de acuerdo al objetivo general y los objetivos específicos, como primer punto se analizarán los datos de arrendamiento financiero haciendo un análisis del contrato, seguidamente se analizarán los datos de la rentabilidad de la empresa para lo cual que se utilizó la información de los registros de compras y ventas del año 2018. Capítulo V, discusión, en este capítulo se presenta la descripción de hallazgos más relevantes y significativos, las limitaciones que se tuvo al realizar la investigación, se realiza una comparación con la literatura existente y las implicancias del estudio. Seguidamente se expondrán las conclusiones y recomendaciones, por último, se presentará las referencias bibliográficas y los anexos.

The present investigation titled “FINANCIAL LEASE AND PROFITABILITY IN THE COMPANY INVERSIONES PUQUIN SAC FOR THE PRODUCT GASOHOL 90 - CUSCO DISTRICT OF SANTIAGO, PERIOD 2018“, arises from the problem what are they like the financial leasing and the profitability in the company Inversions Puquin SAC for The GASOHOL 90 product, in the 2018 Period ?, aims to describe how financial leasing and profitability are in the company Inversions Puquin SAC for the GASOHOL 90 product in the 2018 Period. The research work is developed in 5 chapters; in such a way in chapter I the generalities of the research work will be exposed, that is, the approach to the problem, the objectives that will be met in the development of the research work, justification and delimitation of the research. Chapter II, theoretical framework, presents the antecedents, these are constituted by the studies that other researchers have carried out and that are similar to the research work; legal bases that serve as referential testimony and support to the investigation; Theoretical bases given by the basic concepts that serve as the foundation to carry out the research, as well as the conceptual framework and the study variables have been developed.

Chapter III, research method, contains the type, focus, design and scope of the research, as well as the population and the techniques used for data collection and processing Chapter IV, the result of the investigation, is developed looking for results according to the general objective and the specific objectives. As a first point, the financial leasing data will be analyzed by analyzing the contract, then the data on the profitability of the company will be analyzed to which used the information from the records of purchases and sales for the year 2018. Chapter V, discussion, this chapter presents the description of the most relevant and significant findings, the limitations of the research, a comparison is made with the existing literature and the implications of the study. Next, the conclusions and recommendations will be presented, and finally the bibliographic references and annexes will be presented.
