Nivel de conocimiento y su relación con la lonchera escolar que preparan las madres de niños de 4 a 5 años de edad, I.E. Inicial Coronel Fransciso Bolognesi, Cusco 2018.

Abstract

El estudio: “NIVEL DE CONOCIMIENTO Y SU RELACIÓN CON LA LONCHERA ESCOLAR QUE PREPARÁN LAS MADRES DE NIÑOS DE 4 A 5 AÑOS DE EDAD, I.E. INICIAL CORONEL FRANCISCO BOLOGNESI, CUSCO 2018”. Tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de conocimiento y su relación con la lonchera escolar que preparan las madres de niños de 4 a 5 años de edad, I.E. Inicial Coronel Francisco Bolognesi, el estudio fue de tipo descriptivo, transversal y correlacional, con una muestra de 43 niños de 4 a 5 años. La técnica utilizada fue la entrevista y observación y el instrumento utilizado una encuesta y guía de observación. RESULTADOS: El 53% de las madres de los niños de 4 a 5 años tienen de 31 a 40 años y 6% tienen de 41 a más años, el 73% de los niños que viven en el distrito de Santiago, 12% son del distrito de Cusco y 60% de las madres de los niños tienen instrucción de superior y 4% tienen instrucción de primaria, por último el 85% de las madres de los niños son católicos y 5% son evangélicos. El 84% de las madres tienen un nivel de conocimiento regular, 9% tienen un conocimiento inadecuado y solo 7% tienen un nivel de conocimiento adecuado sobre la lonchera escolar. Asimismo 81% de las madres preparan loncheras escolares de tipo saludable pero existe 19% de madres que preparan loncheras escolares de tipo no saludable y sobre la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y la preparación de lonchera escolar se concluye que existe relación entre el nivel de conocimientos y la preparación de la lonchera escolar con un valor p=0.003, por lo que se acepta la hipótesis planteada.
