Its general objective is to evaluate postoperative phonation in patients with cleft lip and cleft palate, according to CEFI at the Regional Hospital Cusco, 2019. In its methodology, the population consists of 14 patients and the sample of 10 patients, the “questionnaire for the assessment of children's phonation“ was applied CEFI, which evaluated the phonation of the consonants in all their options through a naming activity (questionnaire), which consists of 49 sheets. Taking as a result of the group according to the sequence of acquisition of the sounds. that the oral consonants and nasal consonants are in relation to MODIFIED - NORMAL, the non-continuous deaf consonants, the continuous and lateral deaf ones are in MODIFIED relation and taking into account the interval table it is observed that the consonants that are found, inside of the MINOR rank (of modified or substituted result), are rr, r, t, x, f, k, g, d. This concludes that patients with cleft lip and palate if they have oral dysphonia in the continuous deaf and lateral consonants either due to the absence of dental pieces and post-surgical anatomy. Conversely, oral and nasal consonants have a lower phonation difficulty.
