An investigation was carried out whose objective was to determine, after a bibliographic review and statistical analysis of the case, the prevalence of cases of violence suffered by women who attended the Iquitos Women's Emergency Center of the PNCVFS in the period January 2015 to September 2019. used the Information Collection Form of the aforementioned Women's Emergency Center. The selected instruments and the data derived from their application came from the Iquitos Women's Emergency Center of the PNCVFS, a highly specialized entity that uses its battery of tests duly validated and trusted for the area. With access to these data, the sociodemographic characteristics of the women who attended the Iquitos Women's Emergency Center between the period January 2015 to September 2019 were established, taking into account the variables age and level of education, as well as the prevalence cases of physical violence, psychological violence, sexual violence and patrimonial violence in the women of the sample. The type of research was with a quantitative approach because the responses to the questionnaire were processed statistically. Statistical processing was carried out with the SPSS version 25 statistical program and frequency analysis, univariate statistics and prevalence analysis were used. Conclusions were established that, in general terms, stated that: the predominant age group in the sample was the Young Adolescent and Young Adult group. That in the group the predominant level of Education is the group with Completed Primary. That the District of predominant occurrence is the District of Iquitos. That the predominant Civil Status is Cohabitant. Regarding the types of violence against women, it was found that the predominant type of violence is psychological violence followed by physical violence. It was also found that: physical violence tends to increase, that psychological violence tends to decrease, that sexual violence tends to decrease and that patrimonial violence tends to increase. Pertinent recommendations were made.
